Palstora Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Palstora, available at www.palstora.com and related websites, applications, and services.
Palstora is a product operated under the Palsfy brand.
The service is provided by Brian Nguyen, a Swedish sole trader, operating under the Palsfy brand (“Palsfy”, “Palstora”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
Legal provider: Brian Nguyen, sole trader, Sweden
Brand: Palsfy
Product: Palstora

By creating an account, using Palstora, joining a workspace, starting a trial, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Palstora.
01What Palstora is
Palstora is a home inventory and item storage management service.
It helps users create and manage a digital inventory of household items, item photos, storage hierarchy, descriptions, tags, indicative values, and related information.
Palstora may include features such as:
- uploading photos of items;
- automatically generating item names, descriptions, and tags;
- generating indicative item value estimates;
- organizing items into workspaces and storage hierarchy;
- inviting family members, household members, or other trusted people to shared workspaces;
- assigning workspace roles and permissions;
- exporting inventory information as CSV, PDF, or similar formats, and exporting uploaded item and container images as a ZIP file from workspaces you own;
- managing subscriptions and billing through Stripe.
Palstora is intended mainly for personal, family, household, and home inventory use. Small business use is allowed, but Palstora is not an enterprise service and does not include enterprise-level support, compliance commitments, uptime guarantees, or service-level agreements unless agreed separately in writing.
02Availability and international use
Palstora may be available to users in multiple countries, including the EU and the United States.
We are based in Sweden and design our privacy and security practices primarily with Swedish and EU requirements in mind. We do not guarantee that Palstora is suitable or legally compliant for every country, industry, or special use case.
You are responsible for making sure that your use of Palstora is allowed where you live and for your intended purpose.
We may restrict access to Palstora in certain countries, regions, or situations where required by law or where we believe providing the service would create legal, security, payment, or operational risk.
03Who may use Palstora
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, manage a workspace, start a trial, or purchase a subscription.
Palstora may be used by families and households. A parent or legal guardian may allow a minor to use Palstora only under that adult’s responsibility and supervision.
If you invite a family member, household member, or another person to a workspace, you are responsible for making sure they are allowed to use the service and that their use complies with these Terms.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account, except where the activity results from our failure to use reasonable security measures.
04Accounts and authentication
You need an account to use most Palstora features.
Authentication may be provided by third-party authentication providers such as Clerk.
You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep it up to date. You must not create an account using another person’s identity or email address without permission.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to your account if we reasonably believe that:
- you have violated these Terms;
- your account has been compromised;
- your use creates security, legal, payment, or operational risk;
- we are required to do so by law;
- payment for a paid subscription fails and remains unresolved.
05Workspaces, owners, admins, and members
Palstora organizes inventory content into workspaces.
A user may own multiple workspaces. Each workspace has one owner.
Workspace owners control the workspace. Depending on available features, a workspace owner may:
- invite members;
- assign roles and permissions;
- allow members to view, create, edit, or delete content;
- remove members;
- transfer ownership where supported;
- delete the workspace.
Workspace admins may invite other users if the workspace owner has given them permission.
Members may only access and use workspace content according to their assigned permissions.
You are responsible for inviting only people you trust. Shared workspace content may be visible to other members depending on their role.
If a workspace owner deletes a workspace, content in that workspace may be permanently deleted for all members. We may notify members before deletion where practical, but workspace owners remain responsible for the consequences of deleting shared workspaces.
06User content and workspace content
“User Content” means photos, item names, descriptions, tags, storage hierarchy, notes, inventory records, exports, AI-generated outputs, value estimates, and other content uploaded, entered, generated, stored, or managed through Palstora.
Palstora does not claim ownership of your User Content.
For practical workspace management, the workspace owner controls the workspace and the content in that workspace. If you upload or add content to a workspace owned by someone else, you understand that the workspace owner and authorized members may be able to view, use, edit, export, retain, or delete that content according to the workspace permissions and these Terms.
You must only upload or add content that you have the right to upload, share, and use.
You should avoid uploading sensitive documents or highly sensitive personal information, such as passports, national ID documents, bank records, medical records, legal documents, documents containing other people’s private information, or documents that you would not want workspace members to see.
You are responsible for making sure that your User Content does not violate the law, someone else’s rights, or these Terms.
07License to operate the service
You grant Palstora a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, copy, process, display, transmit, analyze, and otherwise use your User Content only as needed to:
- provide Palstora;
- store and display your inventory;
- process photos and item information;
- generate AI-assisted names, descriptions, tags, and indicative value estimates;
- enable workspace sharing;
- create exports requested by you;
- secure, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the service;
- comply with legal obligations.
This license does not transfer ownership of your User Content to Palstora.
We do not use your photos or inventory content to train any AI models.
08AI-assisted features
Palstora may use AI to suggest item names, descriptions, tags, categories, and indicative value estimates based on photos or other item information.
AI-generated output may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or inappropriate for your situation. You are responsible for reviewing, correcting, and deciding whether to use AI-generated output.
Price estimates may be shown as a single number. They are indicative only. They are not professional appraisals, insurance valuations, resale guarantees, replacement value guarantees, financial advice, legal advice, or insurance advice.
Palstora does not determine insurance coverage, claim eligibility, replacement value, resale value, tax value, or legal value. You should not rely on Palstora as your only source of information for insurance claims, valuations, tax matters, legal matters, or financial decisions.
Exports from Palstora may include AI-generated names, descriptions, tags, or indicative value estimates. You are responsible for reviewing and correcting exported information before sharing it with an insurer, buyer, accountant, adviser, authority, or other third party.
09Exports
Palstora may allow you to export inventory information in formats such as CSV or PDF, and to export uploaded item and container images as a ZIP file from workspaces you own.
Inventory exports may include item photos, names, descriptions, tags, storage hierarchy, indicative values, and other information stored in your workspace. Image ZIP exports contain uploaded item and container images from workspaces the requesting user owns.
Export availability and limits may apply. Current limits for image exports: one request every 7 days, each export is available for 7 days, each export can generate up to 3 short-lived download links, and each signed download link expires after 10 minutes. A signed link may be reused during its expiry, so the limit applies to link generation rather than guaranteed completed downloads. You are responsible for safeguarding downloaded ZIP files and signed links.
You are responsible for checking exports before using or sharing them. We do not guarantee that exports will be accepted by insurers, authorities, accountants, buyers, or other third parties.
Palstora is not an insurance claim submission service. Any export you choose to share with an insurer or third party is shared by you and under your responsibility.
We do not guarantee that exports are available indefinitely. Generated image export ZIP files are automatically deleted from live storage after their 7-day availability window. You should download any needed exports before deleting workspaces or your account.
10Prohibited use
You must not use Palstora to:
- violate any law or regulation;
- upload illegal, harmful, abusive, or rights-infringing content;
- upload content you do not have the right to use or share;
- upload other people’s private information without permission;
- impersonate another person;
- access another user’s account or workspace without permission;
- bypass access controls or workspace permissions;
- interfere with the security or operation of Palstora;
- scrape, reverse engineer, overload, or abuse the service;
- use automated systems in a way that harms the service;
- use Palstora for professional appraisal, insurance decisioning, automated claim approval, credit decisions, employment decisions, or other high-impact decisions;
- resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit Palstora without our written permission.
We do not routinely monitor all User Content. However, we may review, remove, restrict, or disclose content where reasonably necessary to operate the service, enforce these Terms, respond to reports, protect users, protect the service, or comply with law.
11Free plans, trials, and paid subscriptions
Palstora may offer free plans, free trials, paid monthly subscriptions, paid yearly subscriptions, or other plans.
Plan features, limits, and prices will be shown on the pricing page or during checkout.
Billing interval: monthly or yearly
Currency: USD unless stated otherwise
Paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Stripe and Palstora to charge your selected payment method for the selected plan, billing interval, applicable taxes, and other charges shown before purchase.
Unless stated otherwise during checkout, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel, you will usually keep access to paid features until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated or required by law.
We may change plan features, limits, and pricing from time to time. Price changes will not affect your current billing period. For material price changes, we will provide reasonable notice before the change applies.
If your plan is downgraded, canceled, or unpaid, content exceeding the limits of your active plan may be hidden, disabled, or marked for deletion. We may keep that excess content for up to 90 days to give you time to upgrade, export, or delete content. After that period, we may permanently delete excess content.
12Taxes
Prices may be shown exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise.
Applicable taxes, such as VAT, sales tax, or similar charges, may be calculated and added during Stripe checkout based on your billing information and applicable law.
Before you complete a paid purchase, Stripe or Palstora will show the amount you are required to pay.
You are responsible for providing accurate billing and tax information.
13Refunds, cancellation, and withdrawal rights
We want users to be happy with Palstora.
We may offer full or partial refunds where there is a billing problem, technical issue, service problem, accidental purchase, or where you are unhappy with your purchase.
Refund request period: 30 days from purchase unless a different period is required by law or stated during checkout.
Unless required by law or agreed by us, canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically create a refund for the current billing period.
If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA, UK, or another jurisdiction with statutory consumer rights, you may have legal cancellation or withdrawal rights.
Because Palstora is a digital service and paid access may begin immediately after purchase, your refund or withdrawal rights may depend on applicable law, whether service performance has started, how much of the service has been provided, and what you accepted or acknowledged during checkout.
Where permitted by law, if you request immediate access to paid digital service features and later withdraw during a statutory withdrawal period, we may provide a partial refund that accounts for the part of the service already provided.
These Terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
14Payment failures
If payment fails, we may notify you and ask you to update your payment method.
If payment remains unresolved, we may suspend, downgrade, or cancel paid features.
You remain responsible for unpaid amounts unless prohibited by law.
15Account deletion
You may delete your account from your account settings if this feature is available, or by contacting us at [email protected].
Account deletion is intended to remove your personal account, owned workspaces, and related workspace data from live systems as soon as reasonably practical.
If you delete your account:
- your Palstora account will be deleted or disabled;
- all workspaces you own, including shared workspaces, will be permanently deleted;
- your private inventory items, photos, descriptions, tags, AI labels, and indicative estimates may be deleted;
- you will be removed from workspaces owned by others;
- content you contributed to another person’s workspace may remain in that workspace, but your personal attribution may be removed or anonymized;
- pending invites related to your account may be deleted or anonymized;
- active Palstora subscriptions associated with your account will be cancelled where technically possible.
Before deleting your account, account settings show the owned workspaces that will be permanently deleted. Export any data you need before continuing.
If you are only a member of someone else’s workspace, deleting your account removes your access but does not automatically delete the workspace or its content.
Some limited records may be retained where needed for billing, accounting, tax, fraud prevention, security, legal obligations, dispute handling, or legal claims.
Database backups are retained for approximately 7 days. Security and server logs may be retained for up to 90 days unless a longer period is needed for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, or dispute handling.
16Workspace deletion
Workspace owners may delete workspaces if the feature is available.
Deleting a workspace may permanently delete its items, photos, storage hierarchy, AI-generated outputs, estimates, exports, invites, and membership records.
Workspace deletion may affect all members of that workspace. You should export or back up important content before deleting a workspace.
17Your responsibility to keep backups
Palstora is designed to help you organize and access inventory information, including information that may be useful during insurance or household events.
However, Palstora should not be your only copy of important records. You should keep separate backups of important photos, receipts, documents, item records, and insurance-related information.
We are not responsible for losses caused by your failure to keep separate copies of important information, except where the law does not allow that responsibility to be limited.
18Service changes and availability
Palstora is not currently offered with an uptime service-level agreement.
We may change, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time.
We do not guarantee that Palstora will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
We may suspend access to all or part of the service for maintenance, security, legal, operational, or emergency reasons.
19Third-party services
Palstora uses third-party services to operate the service. These may include providers for authentication, hosting, database, file storage, AI processing, email, payments, security, CDN, and analytics.
For example, Palstora may use:
- Clerk for authentication;
- Supabase for database and file storage;
- Google Cloud for AI processing;
- Cloudflare for security, CDN, and basic traffic analytics;
- Hetzner for hosting infrastructure;
- Resend for transactional emails;
- Stripe for payments and subscriptions.
Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for third-party services except where required by law.
20Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and delete personal data.
Privacy Policy: https://palstora.com/privacy
By using Palstora, you acknowledge that we process personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
21Intellectual property
Palstora, including its software, design, branding, logos, website, and service content, is owned by us or our licensors.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from Palstora except as allowed by law or with our written permission.
You may use Palstora only as permitted by these Terms.
22Feedback
If you send us feedback, ideas, suggestions, or feature requests, you allow us to use them without restriction or compensation to you.
We are not required to use your feedback.
23Disclaimers
Palstora is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law.
We do not promise that:
- AI-generated output will be accurate;
- indicative value estimates will match market value, resale value, replacement value, or insurance value;
- exports will be accepted by insurers or third parties;
- the service will always be available;
- the service will be free from errors;
- all data loss can be prevented;
- Palstora will meet every user’s needs.
These disclaimers apply only where the law allows. They do not affect warranties, guarantees, or consumer rights that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
24Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Palstora and Brian Nguyen will not be liable for:
- indirect or consequential losses;
- loss of profit, revenue, business, or opportunity;
- loss of data where you failed to keep reasonable backups;
- inaccurate AI-generated output;
- inaccurate indicative value estimates;
- failed, reduced, or rejected insurance claims;
- decisions you make based on Palstora content, exports, or AI-generated output;
- unauthorized access caused by your failure to protect your account credentials;
- service interruptions or feature changes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims relating to Palstora is limited to the amount you paid to Palstora during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
These limits apply only where the law allows. They do not limit mandatory rights or protections that apply to consumers.
25Business users
If you use Palstora on behalf of a business, organization, or other legal entity, you confirm that you have authority to do so.
If you use Palstora for business purposes, you agree to protect us from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your unlawful use of Palstora, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another person’s rights, except to the extent caused by us.
This section does not apply to consumers where prohibited by applicable consumer law.
26Termination
You may stop using Palstora at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially violate these Terms, fail to pay required fees, create legal or security risk, or use the service in a way that harms Palstora or other users.
Where reasonable, we will try to give notice before termination. We may act without notice where needed for security, legal, payment, or operational reasons.
After termination, your right to use Palstora ends. Some sections of these Terms will continue to apply where they are intended to survive, including sections about payments, refunds, User Content already shared in workspaces, privacy, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, disputes, and governing law.
27Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
For material changes, we will provide reasonable notice, usually at least 30 days where practical. We may require you to accept updated Terms before continuing to use Palstora.
Non-material changes, clarifications, or changes required by law may take effect immediately.
If you do not agree to updated Terms, you should stop using Palstora and cancel any paid subscription before the updated Terms apply.
28Language
These Terms are provided in English.
We may provide translations in the future. If a translated version conflicts with the English version, the English version will apply unless applicable law requires otherwise.
29Governing law
These Terms are governed by Swedish law.
If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not remove mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.
30Disputes
Please contact us first at [email protected] so we can try to resolve the issue.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, disputes may be handled by the competent courts of Sweden, unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
Consumers in Sweden may be able to contact the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes, Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, or another consumer dispute body available under applicable law.
