Frequently Asked Questions
The plan belongs to the subscription owner and covers all workspaces they own. Catalog items, AI scans, and team seats are shared across every workspace. Invited members use the same plan limits.
A workspace is a separate catalog environment that can represent a home, garage, workshop, storage unit, collection, moving project, or client project. Workspaces owned by the same subscriber share the plan's total item, AI scan, MCP-call, and team-seat limits.
QR labels connect physical containers and catalog records. Generate and print a QR label, attach it to a box, drawer, shelf, or item, and scan it later to open the related record.
AI scans help speed up catalog creation by using Palstora's AI-assisted scanning workflow. Scan allowances are measured by plan. The Hobby allowance includes 50 lifetime scans and does not reset monthly.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade as your catalog changes. Your catalog remains accessible after a downgrade, although plan limits may restrict creating additional items, workspaces, scans, calls, or invitations.
