Yes. You can put boxes inside drawers, drawers inside rooms, with no limit. Palstora mirrors your space as it really is.
Paid subscribers can invite people by email to shared workspace access. Invited members use the owner's shared plan limits.
Your catalog is protected by authentication, private storage, access controls, encrypted connections where supported, and restricted administrator access. We also chose an AI provider that processes your images only to return the scan result you requested. It does not internally scan, review, or use those images, and it does not use your catalog content to train its models. You can scan your storage with confidence. No online service can guarantee complete security, so keep your credentials safe and invite only people you trust.
Yes. Palstora works in a mobile browser and supports camera capture, so you can catalog and search your storage from your phone. Offline access is not currently supported.
